Somatic Intimacy Coaching

Reconnect with your body, your boundaries, your pleasure, and your partner.

Somatic Intimacy Coaching helps individuals and couples explore intimacy through body awareness, consent, communication, and simple touch-based practices. This work supports people who want to feel more present, ask for what they want, understand their boundaries, and create deeper connection without pressure or performance.

Inspired by consent-based frameworks such as the Wheel of Consent®, sessions help you slow down, listen to your body, and build new skills for giving, receiving, asking, and connecting.

This work is ideal for couples who want to reignite connection, individuals who want to feel more at home in their body, and gay men who want to explore intimacy, touch, and connection with more clarity and confidence.

This work is for people who want to:

  • Feel more present in their body
  • Reconnect with pleasure in simple, non-performative ways
  • Communicate needs, desires, and boundaries more clearly
  • Rebuild trust around touch and affection
  • Deepen emotional and physical intimacy
  • Learn how to give and receive with more awareness
  • Bring more play, curiosity, and connection into a relationship
  • Move away from pressure, guessing, resentment, or shutdown

Sessions are educational and coaching-based. They are not therapy, medical treatment, or sexual services. All practices are consent-based, fully clothed unless otherwise clearly stated within professional boundaries, and designed around emotional safety, communication, and body awareness.
