Wyatt's work is grounded in decades of personal practice and a deep respect for each person's own path. His approach is inclusive, respectful, and focused on helping individuals deepen their relationship with meaning, purpose, and the sacred.

I help people create healthier relationships, stronger boundaries, clearer communication, and a deeper connection with themselves.
My work brings together somatic life coaching, sound-based healing arts, holistic wellness, relationship work, recovery support, intimacy coaching, and spiritual development. I support people who are navigating real-life challenges: stress, disconnection, relationship patterns, identity, grief, health changes, recovery, intimacy, work relationships, and the desire to live with more honesty and self-trust.
My Training & Background
I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I studied health coaching, lifestyle practices, prevention, and more than 100 dietary theories, including Ayurveda, gluten-free, Paleo, raw, vegan, and macrobiotics. That training gave me a strong foundation in the connection between food, lifestyle, stress, relationships, and overall well-being.
Over time, my work expanded beyond food and wellness into the deeper patterns that shape people's lives. I have extensive training in sound medicine and sound therapy, and I have studied somatic approaches including Internal Family Systems-informed work and BCE somatic training through what is now the Away From Pain Institute. I also attended ministerial training school and have studied with spiritual teachers and leaders from around the world.
My Approach
This blend of training allows me to work with people in a grounded, body-centered, and whole-person way. In coaching sessions, we do not only talk about what is happening in your life. We also pay attention to how your body responds, where you feel tension or resistance, what patterns keep repeating, and what new choices become possible when you slow down and listen more deeply.
My approach is practical, compassionate, and direct. Together, we look at the areas of life that most affect your peace: relationships, communication, boundaries, intimacy, work, health, spirituality, purpose, recovery, and the relationship you have with yourself.

This work is not about forcing yourself to become someone else. It is about learning how to listen to yourself, trust yourself, speak more clearly, and create a life that feels more honest, connected, and aligned.
Each session gives you space to reflect, reconnect, and take meaningful steps forward. You will be supported in making small, sustainable changes that create real movement in your life, your relationships, and your sense of self.
