Somatic Life Coaching brings attention to the connection between your body, emotions, thoughts, choices, and relationships.

Instead of only asking, “What do I think about this?” we also ask:

  • What do you feel?
  • Where do you feel it?
  • What happens in your body when you speak up?
  • What happens when you avoid conflict?
